Julian is an architect, philosopher and coach who links his passions for creativity, potential development and authenticity. His work is guided by the question of how people and their environments can develop, grow and thrive in sustainable and resilient ways.
With many years of experience as an architect and researcher in leading positions, as an athlete in Tennis and Football, as a speaker and author as well as a musician Julian has explored the relationship between people, space and perception in diverse ways. His professional development is complemented by further education in Sport Mental Coaching, Stress & Resilience Coaching, Creativity Coaching and Organizational Mentoring.
Across these different fields, he has experienced how much potential can emerge when people are given both the right challenges and the freedom to explore. Julian believes that meaningful development is not about optimizing people into a predefined ideal, but about creating the conditions in which they can discover their very own strengths, perspectives and possibilities in an individual way.
